Head to the gym! Listen to some good tunes and get your sweat on! You'll feel so much better after an awesome workout! Much better than if you ate a pint of ice cream :flowerforyou:

I've tried it, and it's ok. It doesn't taste a thing like peanut butter though. It is very sweet. For protein shakes, I'd recommend pb2 or reg peanut butter. It's ok on toast, but I'd rather just have a smaller amount of real peanut butter.

You shouldn't break up couples, regardless of if you know the partner. That is very rude and inconsiderate. I'd be extremely offended if my fiance was invited to a wedding and told that he could not bring me! Think about it! You are going to make a few enemies with this one. Good luck.

I have a boredom eating problem, so I feel for you. Your diary looks ok to me. I mean, you could eat more veggies but eh that's a tough sell to some people. I agree with the people who say to drink water, chew gum, and eat 5 smaller meals throughout the day. Have scheduled meal and snack times. Some good boredom low…

Thoughtful card, small box of high quality dark chocolates with nuts, and jewelry of course

Awesome, thanks for posting!

3 days a week, only lifting. Sometimes I'll go for a run if I feel the urge. I can't stand cardio in the gym!

Eat more protein (1 gram per lb of lean body mass) and lift heavy weights. Also, you should probably eat more calories.

Lots of green veggies! I love cabbage, broccoli, and zucchini!

Hi! I'm getting married on March 23rd :) It's getting crazy!

I started lifting a year ago with NROLFW, and I loved it! Right now, I am lifting 3x a week doing heavy compound lifts (squats, rows, deadlifts, and shoulder press). Currently, I'm eating at a deficit as I'm trying to lose body fat, but I eat around 90 grams of protein per day and don't really pay attention to the other…

Yeesh, and I thought I was busy! I feel for you! For me, I had to set three days that I have to go to the gym. I hit the gym for 45 minutes, 3 times a week, Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday. Those workouts are mandatory, I don't put them off or skip them. Make time, and make it mandatory.

Fat free greek yogurt is my go-to snack. It is really high in protein, so it keeps me satiated for a while.

Is it possible that you are underestimating the calories you are eating and overestimating the amount you burn through exercise? I know that MPF cardio database tends to grossly overestimate the amount of calories burned.

The silicone implant that is commonly used, often called the 'gummy bear' implant, cannot leak. If a person chooses to get saline implants over silicone, there is a small risk that the implant will leak.

For me, they were totally worth every penny. Also, most breast implants do not need to be changed ever. That is a myth.

I think that sounds a bit strange and controlling, but if it works for you, it works for you. :flowerforyou:

1. Drink a lot of water. 2. Plan your meals and snacks. 3. Stick to an exercise schedule. 4. Don't deprive yourself of your favorite foods. Enjoy them in moderation. 5. Be consistant and don't give up.

Yeah, agree with the previous posters. Weekly is best for me. I'd go crazy it I weighed everyday. Once a week, same time of day.
