Avocados - Grab some of these when they go on sale. They're full of healthy fats so they fill you up! Raw nuts - Same as above! Hummus - Comes in a myriad of flavours. A great spread to replace mayo. Also good for dipping raw veggies into!

I'm 5'9.5". I started at 174lbs (my heaviest ever) a few months ago, now I am down to 155lbs. My goal weight is 140lbs. Right now I am a size 10. I hope to be a size 8 or 9.
