I just finished the C25K this past friday. I have my first 5k this weekend. I really enjoyed it. I did mine on a treadmill because I know that would keep me more accountable. Feel free to add me! Encouragement is the best way to go, it will help you make MFP a part of your everyday life and make it alot easier. It's also good for accountability. My best friend is on here as well and I think you have already added her and if wasn't for her I wouldn't be using MFP everyday. :) You can do this!
