  • Hi. I'm 5ft 1/2 ". Unless I've shrunk since I was last measured. I really need to lose at least 3 stone as I will be hitting 60 in December. What an awful thought. ( dreading it) . I'm hoping I will be able to make new friends here who can give me the help and support I need to do it.
