Yeah I was gonna say when I lost weight mine increased but I was lifting weights too. Thank you for replying with this info. I'm actually starting over again on my weight loss journey so here I go :smile: Good luck and good job to all of you!! :heart:

I need to lose 170 and could really use the support too! I have friends on here but nobody really talks. It's one of the reasons I stopped tracking my food because I didn't have much support. I am looking to get back into this though and working out again! I'll be your friend and will support you :)

I agree with so many others on here...just walk! Don't let a dvd or some stair get you discourage hun. Just walk up your street and back if that's all you feel like you can do, next week try a little further. I am no where near my goal, I only just started myself. Hi Vevvi...I've taken meds now since the age of 14...my weight fluctuates. I know it's possible, my hair doesbn't fall out but I definitely crave sugar and get fatigued easily sometimes. I will add u, thnx.

Of course it's being treated, and no, that doesn't mean "I'm all better" Ever read the medication side effects? Not only that, but there is no cure. It's an auto-immune disorder, it will never go away. But thanks.
