  • I get cravings too but I find them to be mostly due to monthly hormone fluctuations. Its frustrating and find they are very hard to resist!! Sometimes distraction, a walk outside or sipping tea helps...

  • There are some yoga poses, specifically twists, that may help alleviate the gas (expel it more quickly). I would cut back on the fiber rich foods and add them back more slowly. I can eat a ton of beans and other fiber rich foods and they don't affect me like they used to. Good luck.

  • I usually add frozen spinach to my smoothie with protein, banana, almond or rice milk, etc. Wondering if its as good (healthy) as fresh? I feel like the frozen spinach has no taste and I can keep bags of it in the freezer and it won't go bad/get slimy :)
