The difference for me was when I started doing cardio for 30 minutes instead of 20 minutes. That's when I saw a noticeable and steady weight loss. ALSO When i was going 30 minutes and my body was in pain, I started remembering all the junk i was eating, or what I could have ate or the water I could have drank. It's another…

I think I'm also going to have a massively greasy burger and a banana/nutella dessert crepe.
-
My only worry with having sweets like this is that it'll make me want more sweets. But I think i'm going to try it out.

lol! That's awesome!

AHHH I'm allowing myself one piece of fun size goodness IF I do a long jog. until then... it's all about the 1 cup/100 calorie cherrios!
-
SherryAnneSW: I think I'm going to check that out as well. I keep hearing about it as if it's the new P90X (which I couldn't survive). Have you tried CrossFit? ChancyW: Great idea! I think I'll get a pair of khaki's or a nice polo :)

AHHH I know that feeling! I bought a bunch of banana's and the original cheerios. Each cup of cheerios is ONLY 100 calories, and if i just put it in front of my keyboard, i can nibble on it here and there and it keeps me satisfied for some reason. Also, that's an awesome quote from your PT!

I created a group here on MFP so we can all keep track of what we're doing and discuss our goal of losing 10lb's in November! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/9409-lose-10lb-in-november

I used to suck at regular jogging. I would want to jog once a day, 5 days a week. Anyhoo, i have minor bilateral fractures on my tibula (front of leg) so doing high impact all the time makes my legs hurt. My wife introduced me to the world of 'fast walking'.. which i always thought was mucho dorky... but i LOVE it.…

Hey there! My two cents: 1. Cut out the desi food except for once a week. 2. Cut the milk (except in the chai) and get rid of the cereal. 3. Eat a proper british/desi breakfast of a toast, swiss cheese and honey with chai (fit for kings) and it's only 100'ish calories. 4. Grab a box of ORIGINAL cheerios and snack on that.…

I'm in! Is there an organized way to keep track of everyone's progress, or are we just posting here? Today is my first day on MFP!

That's awesome! Keep it up! I usually set a distance goal for myself, and despite however many "stiches" i get, I continue on even if I have to walk briskly. Complete the mission regardless of how fast I do it, and then the next day i do a little more and more and more.
