Here Here - I totally agree . i too started in Jan 2013 - only lost 6lb so far , it is hard work but i know i will benifit from the results. I have got 2 stone to lose . Keep at it and well done .

Hi Sarah - No i dont tend to eat them back cos i am trying to increase my weight loss - When i started i did find my weight loss sluggish although eating to plan - since i stoopped using my exercise cals the loss has increased . good luck

For me its 45 mins on treadmill at 15 % incline with pace at 6.8 -this burns 768 cals ,then alternating with 45 minutes free weight -abs .It,s early days but really enjoying it .

This is ridiculous - starting weight 9 days ago , 82kgs , weight this morning 82.6 -what am i doing wrong , excellent diet (but not eating anywhere near my calorie allowance) - going to gym or walking at least 4 times a week , apart from Sunday this week i have really kept to plan ,burnt 732 calories at gym last night .…
