I love mornings, I just hate getting up to workout. I feel better when I just do it, but it is a challenge. Use the time to exercise, meditate and think out your entire day. Just think, we'll be shedding the extra layers (Northeners anyway) and you want to be ready!!

We have all been there, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start fresh today. We have 3 weeks till spring, pretty soon we'll have to shed the winter gear and then the world will know what we did all winter. Why not make it a pleasant surprise!! Good luck, we're pulling for you!!
