in 1995 I got down to about 135 from around 180 gained it all back and topped off at 202 down to 152 now and still heading back to 135!

I stopped riding rides years ago and I absolutely love them. I was never unable to fit, but the last time I had tried, I had JUST made it. I just said to my husband tonight that I had made a decision to never stop counting my calories. That I am treating my weight problem as if it were something like high blood pressure, ie: something that must never stop being monitored. MFP is the best place to do this so I plan to never leave.

Pants are a funny thing :laugh: I skipped right over size 16. I was an 18 forever, lost a bunch of weight, before I knew it my pants were falling off and when I tried on new ones, I was already a 14. Maybe the same will happen for you!

Maybe you would like just good olive oil and balsamic vinegar? That is my favorite really.
