I've heard that is a really good one. I have an inexpensive Sportline that I purchased from Walmart for like $30 and it does not require a chest monitor. It's worked really well for me so far. Good luck!

HI!! Yes, I can relate to your problem. You should try to eat 5 - 6 small "meals/snacks" a day. If you having 6, then you could keep them around 200 calories each which may make you feel better about them (emotionally/mentally).
