I started my journey in august dreaded class reunion I was 222 I walked my butt off Dailey started at 10,000 steps a day now I do 30,000 I have lost 55 lbs from Aug till oct 15 i am at 168 I just started walking alot again gotta loose 30 more lbs .It's so hard but worth it I'm eating better it helps to have friends on here…

I started this step challange I walk 43,000 a day for the last 54 days eating 1200 a day I have lost 40 lbs .I work at a daycare so I don't sit I just walk constant so it does work very well .No bread sugars under 8 grams stay under 38 grams .
