  • Your best bet is to wear a heart rate monitor and create a new exercise in MFP and logging the calories your HRM says. I don't have one so I use the general rule of thumb that you burn about 10 calories per minute when doing high-intensity aerobics (then I subtract a few here and there).   • I def plan to take a rest day at least once a week b/c I'll be supplementing with either 30 mins on the elliptical or with a couple Zumba tracks on the Wii in addition to doing 30DS...with my schedule and everything that I have going on, I need at least one night a week to focus on other things or to catch up on sleep.
  • Yes! I noticed it the first time I watched it...so crazy. She looked like she was in great shape and could've done it, not sure why she'd cheat (which actually I noticed it happens a couple of times through the different levels...that she'd stop or go "halfway" when the camera was pointing at the other chick).
