Yeah, I have eaten yoghurt the past two nights. I think I was more concerned with how the body breaks it down in your sleep and how much it would affect my weight loss journey, which has only just begun! :)

I normally have a hot drink mid evening but have stopped recently. Maybe that's it... didn't realise it could've been making such a difference. Thanks :)

Thank you for all of your responses. It has helped a lot. I guess I am worried that if I start snacking, then I won't stop and I'll end up just blowing things. I am overweight because I ate the wrong kinds of food, and probably too much of it. I am trying to find a balance, that's all. I do a LOT of cardio at the gym, but…
