I'm no expert for sure, but I do love food, so I DO NOT deprive myself. I usually have a homemade egg mcmuffin for breakfast (1egg, 1 english muffin 100cal, sprinkle of cheese if I want it, or sometimes I add a Morningstar Sausage patty..that is my fave).
