Thanks!! Very interesting indeed. I discovered I was allergic to the pesticide put on Strawberries when I had some store bought and compared it to the organic home grown ones. I was fine with the organic ones but the other ones wowzers. Nice to know about the other ones as well.

I personally need snacks in my diet. Helps me throughout my day and I don't overeat during dinner like I used to before snacking. I used to feel starved after work come home and felt like i'd empty the fridge in one sitting!! I don't do that anymore.lol

1200 calories works for some people and doesn't work for others. I make protein smoothie, or add it to my greek yogurt or yogurt, I also add it to a protein pancake as well. Smoothie is just like making any smoothie only adding a scoop of powder with it. Protein pancake 1-2 scoops of protein, 3/4c of egg whites, 1/3c of porridge or oats 1tbs of cinnamon

This is usually me as well. However lately it's been cold (frost warnings) so I am having the opposite occur I just want to eat and prepar for hybernation lol. Hopefully it gets warmer so I can have my 20lb weight loss =)

Bruses can become a very serious issue and I wouldn't avoid a Dr's visit because it's just a bruise. Please go to a Dr. get some blood tests done and try to pin point the issue before it gets complicated or even worse.

I think once in awhile it is ok to splurge by having a piece of cake on your birthday just be careful. I recently had a birthday and my sister made me a chocolate khalua coffee cake (soo good), then I got injured and had a rough 1.5 wks with my food habits.
