Most of us that had a 0% weight loss were deleted, we just had to inform Petrd that we were deleted. SKinnyo has limitations he said something in Skinnyo about this. You are not alone here there are just some bumps with having sooo many people in a challenge and only one person managing it. Sorry you felt singled out.

Do you get discouraged easily? If you do maybe stick with your old dvd's but increase the weight. Or alternate the 2 so you have a variety as well as a challenge. I find meal planning helps a lot! My boyfriend and I buy groceries we then cook chicken and beef and freeze them. We freeze them in the proper portions. I usually make lasagna cupcakes with ground turkey. Soooo good. Like lasagna but I use wonton wrappers and put them in a muffin tin so I make a single serving (cupcake) with them. Hungry Girl has them or I'm sure you can find the recipe on MFP as well.

Go for it. You might not be able to do it all but on exercises that you can not do right now, try modifying them OR just keep moving. Use this as part of your NSV process for the next time you do TurboFire.
