How was your diet prior to Chris Powell's? Maybe you have an intolerance to certain grains if that's what you are using for carbs. I found out that I have some food sensitivities which made me feel sluggish. I would continue following his workout plan, he spent years making up this plan and it has worked for others.…

Looks good. I am having such a hard time with low carb days. Not because of the carb factor but because of the fat. I am noticing that I really do not have a lot of fat in my normal day and when it comes to low carb days where you can have fats it just doesn't look like I am having a low carb day. Does that make sense?…

Welcome you two!! Sorry I was away for the weekend hence the no response. I have been on MFP for almost 2 years and I have been able to maintain my weight (even though i'm 60lbs over weight) I have lost inches and fluctuate between 209 and 189 but now that I am on Chris Powell's regime (not perfect by any means and week 2…

From my understanding fruit is considered a carb so I have been having fruit other than at breakfast only on High carb days. I believe it is only veggies that you can have an unlimited amount everyday (unless it is a starchy type like potatoes)

looks great!

Definitely gets easier. Just about to start week 2 =)
-
This sounds great. I will have to try these recipe's sometime soon!

Maybe also do measurements, scale personally hates me but clothes and inches I am doing really well.

I just started on day 4. Please add me I could use some advice and support in terms of this program, so far I like it but with other members of the family not on board yet I am struggling on LC days.
-
I am only on day 4, it could be just that your body is readjusting to the change. I know my body doesn't like the LC days at all. How's your water intake? I have been trying to drink at least 3L.

I have just started this program on day 4. So far I like it and I've lost 3lbs, week by week sounds great. Protein I find is fairly simple, I am having a hard time on Low Carb days but that could be because my Significant other isn't quite into the program just yet.

Starting weight 208 lbs Goal weight 185 lbs This will be a great challenge for me.

Muay Thai here!! It has definitely challenged me but I have noticed a change in strength, and endurance. Plus it's a blast =)

You can do it, just remember to keep moving no matter what. I found that jumping jacks were hard on my knees but I modified them and still moved.( I did the arms for jumping jacks and just moved from side to side) I had great results and now that I feel stronger I can now do Jumping jacks =)

I highly suggest taking measurements and before/after pictures as well. I have found for myself that scale doesn't reflect the inches that I have lost by entering on MFP daily. I have been on MFP for awhile I've lost over 19inches but the scale says I've gained weight.

I have it as 30g but I don't really worry if I'm over. I will look at my diary for the day to determine if it's from too much processed/junk food or if it's a natural source and go from there. I do not really panic about it unless my week is full of processed stuff and then I reassess my journal and figure out what my…

Although weight loss has been slow for me, I am losing inches and love this group. It challenges me to do more than what I would typically do on my own. I love the people that I have met, the support everyone gives to one another and the challenges that are made. I would love to join the next one in June.

Day before April fool's 16C, April fools 3-5cm. Today we have a snow storm and could get up to 25cm of snow. LOL Unfortunately we can get snow in May, sometimes June so not surprised. Haha just looked at your profile and we are in the same city. LOL

That's awesome!!! It is a good feeling especially when your character doesn't expand like it used to. Great NSV!

Banana's and Pineapple's are from the same family, I was told that I should avoid pineapple since I have an allergy to Banana's. So not surprising you are reacting to both of them.
