Thank you dbsgeek I loved the kale, cheese and brown rice casserole. Had 1/4 for diiner tonight (with mt husband) put 2 portions in freezer for smother day and one in the fridge for us tomorrow! Will browse the website to see what else I can find

I did try it and it was very good - I did not add enough seasonings though - will bump up for next time. I love having the leftovers! Great to take for lunch. thank you for the recipe

Hi - I've just can't seem to get/stay motivated. My weight goes down a few pounds . . . .then up. I'm 58 and have about 15 lbs to drop. Congrats to those who are staying on track. I will try to get to the gym tonight so I have something positive to post!
