  • Sounds like you managed your stressful day well! So sorry about you father. I just have to share that my father passed away this morning. Even though he had been in the hospital we thought he was recovering. The next couple of days are going to be stressful! And we will miss him.

  • This is a tough week for me. Not getting to the gym and not getting in any walks either. Just trying to keep my calories under control until I can get back in a good routine next week. I know my calories will be way over on the weekend so just hoping tomorrow’s weigh in is ok.
  • @cmhubbard92 My steps for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday were (10,779, 5,227, 4,850, and 4,481. Not good I know. Friday water was 72 oz. and I didn't track the rest of the days. This week is going to be not good but I will track my steps and do better next week.

  • @cmhubbard92 Great willpower!!! My favourite is nuts. Preferably salted pistachios. I know nuts are high in calories but they are quick and easy. I figure the protein is a good choice to not get hungry. (Unfortunately the evenings are a challenging time for me and I go for the junk food . . . )
