Plan was to go walking in the afternoon, but rain showers stopped that from happening. I need to plan to have an indoor activity available for times when the rain comes (it happens a lot in SW Louisiana).1 -

I am so sad. I feel like I have been working so hard, and I have gained. I have been prepping my meals, walking every day, coming under calories...just doesn't seem possible, or fair. Just needed to vent for a minute. I will keep plugging along.3 -

@heaz10 thank you! We managed to get the last puppy at the shelter we went to. We upset a lot of people, because there were another 20-30 people after us looking to get a dog. We were also so lucky that after waiting so long, that Roy got along with the little guy(but Roy gets along with everyone) and we were able to bring him home. We went on a whim, but ended up being so fortunate!0 -

Exercise: 53 minutes walking with the pup. Dillon is going to be a great exercise pup! He enjoyed jogging more than walking! He wanted to keep going when we jogged, and stop a lot when we walked.

@heaz10 don't get sad! Your weight changes daily and little things like sodium, time of the month, etc affect it. If you go a few weeks without a loss, maybe see if you need to adjust your deficit down a hundred or so calories a day. Don't let the lack of a loss get you down! You are doing great!1 -

@pkg1998 for the most part my macros are ok. I do not always get enough protein, so I need to work on that. I also need to drink more water. Thanks for the suggestion.
@cmhubbard92 thanks for the kind words. Could definitely be water weight. It has been really hot and humid and I do not do well with it.
The good news is I didn't eat my frustration. I cut up my fruits and veggies, packed my lunch and went for a walk.5 -

Idk what happened. I've been under my calorie goals, exercised and drank more than enough water. Maybe just stress. My baby girl started kindergarten this morning. She's super excited but I'm so nervous for her.1 -

I hate this, it happens to all of us. Sometimes we work hard and the scale doesn’t cooperate. Then sometimes we feel like we didnt do much and then it “magically” moves. Keep at it!2
