Did the final day of my annual deep cleaning. Cleaned up some furniture, reapolstered a chair and cleaned the oven/stoptop (that really sucked). I know most people do this stuff for spring cleaning but I like to do it at the beginning of Fall so I can have everything clean and organized for the upcoming holiday season.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day. I'm expecting a gain. I was on point with my eating 6 out 7 days but I'm pretty sure I'll be retaining water 😞1 -

@mirendybryant, I feel for you, Mandy, but like you said, you suspect that a lot of that is water weight. So drink up, continue to work hard, and the 20's are yours for the taking!!0 -

I can't believe I forgot 3 days ago marked my 3 year anniversary as cigarette free. I may have regained a lot of weight from quitting but it was worth it. I'm back at my weightloss and succeeding...again..5

@mirendybryant, well Happy Anniversary and congratulations!!! Your body thanks you, firstly for quitting smoking and secondly for every single pound of excess weight that you lose!!0 -
Thanks @cmhubbard92 and amazing job to you on that stellar loss! Also hoping I can round out the work week on a positive note and at least it’s almost the weekend!!0

Today was an intense day at work, it was pretty much a workout in itself! I was exhausted when I walked into the house. I took the dogs out and ended up just plopping on the couch until my boyfriend got home. Got up, made dinner and watched a movie. I caught a "second wind" later this afternoon when I took the puppy out for a short walk, and then played fetch for a good 20 minutes or so... I didn't weigh my lunch for tomorrow, just copied the numbers over from today(I do just about the same amounts every day). I did stay on track with my other goals, so marking today as a success!4 -

Weigh-in Thursday 9/12/19 - I seriously don't know what is going on here, except that I've been focusing on being more hydrated after almost passing out in hot yoga class, and maybe my loss in August was a lot of dehydration. I'm trying not to be depressed, as 1lb is not a major crisis, but still, ready to get things moving in the other direction! I think I need to add in more walks and maybe start up C25K again, in addition to yoga. Any other good ideas?

@annabananamc, yeah, I don't know what to say, either! Only you know how accurate your numbers are, but like you said, one pound is not a crisis. It can't hurt to add in some walking and some C25K; I remember how many calories a good run could burn!!0 -

@cossmoss15, losing 1.8 pounds on the scales will help with that!!0
