WEIGH IN AND MINI CHALLENGE
Sorry for the gain, team. I think that this past week stress and bad sleep got the best of me. I was in/under calories and hit exercise daily, so that's what makes the most sense to me.

@annabananamc, it certainly sounds like it could be stress and fatigue related, so that is the good news. A calmer, more restful week is on the horizon, and so is a loss on the scales I am sure!!0 -
Weighing in a day early this week cause I will be out of town tonight.
Last: 245.6
This: 246.3
I’m okay wih this. Usually when I add in intense workouts like kettlebells my muscles are really sore, which means they are inflamed. Inflamed muscles retain water for the healing process. Plus I am a day early. So just over a 1/2 lb (which I hope is water weight) is not bad.
Next week I will have this extra day to my advantage. As long as I keep up the hard work I should have a decent weigh in.3 -

Going to knock this out as well. Today I will be so busy. Work, then immediately picking my wife up after work to drive to Brooklyn and spend the night there. My work diet will be okay, but no time for a workout plus we are going to be stuck with highway rest stop food for dinner and will probably have some drinks at night.
I plan on getting right back at it on Friday though!

Today was another long day at work, so I didn't make the dinner I had planned. Instead, I made two slices of bacon with scrambled eggs(green pepper, onion, tomato, cheese and mushrooms). I am contemplating my cup of ice cream this evening because I am just so wiped out and want to go to bed. Even though I don't have to be in until 5, I have been waking up at 2:30(sometimes earlier) to get the dogs out and get some coffee in me/relax before going in... I am not a get up and run out the door kind of person. While I love my new schedule(Monday-Friday, no nights, no weekends or holidays) it has been killing my sleep. Especially with a young pup! At least tonight I have made my lunch and one for my boyfriend. Tomorrow is going to be an up in the air kind of night. We have to take Dillon to the vet after work tomorrow, and I don't know if we will be having dinner in or picking up something on the way home. Sorry I have been rambling much more lately, but getting my thoughts/plan out there is helping me a little!3 -
