For the food challenge, I did a low carb chicken casserole. It was yummy! Here's the link: https://thatlowcarblife.com/low-carb-chicken-casserole/
For the exercise challenge, I did a couple of Fitness Blender videos from their Burn Fat/Build Lean Muscle 5-day challenge series. Day 1 was lower body strength and Day 2 was upper body. Good, but ugh. I'll put that link on the spreadsheet too.1

Weighed myself whilst there we scales available and it read much more than I was expecting (this was after lunch and fully clothed), I usually weigh first thing and nude so I know this was why but old bad habits erupted. I bought loads of junk food, feeling like everything I do is making no difference and that I'm destined to be fat forever. Ate about half the junk I'd bought.
It really surprised me, I've not done anything quite as stupidly reactive as that for years. Going to chuck the junk today and go for a walk and a swim.
I guess the lesson is to not get over confident, not get complacent and if I can help it, to not be an idiot!
@lozenger1984 Even though you made a “stupid” decision you followed it up with a great decision to get rid of the junk and get in some exercise. At least you realized what you were doing and were able to stop it. That’s a great success!1

Sorry to be AWOL this past week. Hopefully this next week will be a little calmer. I think I last reported 10/7, so:
 Mini Challenge:
 Tracked - yes, everyday
 Under - yes, everyday
 Exercise - yes, everyday
Water - all days 64oz or more except yesterday (10/12) where I had 56oz
Steps - I'll enter on the spreadsheet. Not sure how I did, but I'm hoping I hit my goal!
@Calli1616 Welcome back! Glad to see that even though you’ve been AWOL you still kept up with good habits.0

@petrocoetsee Another great loss this week. You have been very consistent with your losses - I’m going to have to watch your posts closer to get some inspiration.0

I just finally want to say good work to everyone who has been pushing through this past week! I have been quiet, but I have read what you have all posted! I have been trying to stay up to date with the spreadsheet, and have created a new sheet for this week as well. If you're not posted in the step challenge, I can add you if you tell me that you want to participate! Just tag me!
@pkg1998 thank you! It has been a short time, but I have missed interacting with all of you!
@cossmoss15 I hope things are getting better with your dad! You are in my thoughts hun!
@heaz10 great job staying even this week. It is super disappointing to have a bump on the scale when your whole week has been low! I know the feeling!0

@heaz10 Your mindset is great and something I think we all wish we had during this journey. The scale does not always show our effort, but we know we are getting healthier and that’s an important reason why most of us are doing this.0
