    Hi everyone!

    Friday Weigh In
    Last week’s weight - 204.9

@coral333 That’s a great loss! You’re right consistency is the key and I believe the slower you lose the more likely you will keep it off permanently. Congratulations on a great week.

My family came over and brought delicious Chinese takeout yesterday. I enjoyed the food and the company. I didn't track or exercise. I haven't met all mini challenge requirements a single day this week, but I am trying to keep myself accountable anyway.

    Water - 16oz

15000 steps yesterday, all along the ocean. Going to walk my 10k route today (helps with my anxiety about it) then will need to walk another 2.5 miles to where I have yoga so an active day. Have realised i'm spending a small fortune on eating out while i'm away despite making sensible choice at least 80% of the time eg. got an appetizer for lunch yesterday (ahi salad) but that and a drink came to $30!! Taking a packed lunch today but may allow a coffee along the way (while avoiding eye contact with the doughnut stand I know is there).

    Have a good day everyone!

Annoyingly couldn't walk the whole of my 10k route as some of it is road with no pavement and not safe to walk on (I'm assuming they are closing the road on the day). Means I missed the big hill I was really hoping to scope out.

Everything else was good. Beach yoga was genuinely soothing to the soul. Need to keep some of this up when I get home!

Sorry I have been working a lot..

    Pw can't remember
Cw 144. I am having trouble sticking to it. My work hours are crazy leaving me no time to cook or workout. I miss working out regularly. I dont feel like the same person I was 4 months ago. My work was supposed to slow down since we were getting new people and starting to build a staff but now they are all quiting, for one reason or another and I am back to square one. Super frustrating. More frustrating than this gain. I just need to be aware of the fact thia is a slippery alope and I need to have some sort of order somewhere in my life. I worked too hard to start all over from the beginning again. I need to start feeling good about myself again. I need to get a grip

    Thanks @pkg1998 that’s certainly what I’m hoping ☺️
Great stepping this week @abowersgirl and I feel your pain when the step counter dies! It’s silly but I do sometime fall into that idea of “if it didn’t track, does it even count?” 😂

Wild Saturday night at the gym for me tonight! I don’t know why but I really struggled with my cardio. Half motivation but actually my body was really huffing and puffing. I gave in after 20 mins and moved to weights which felt better. Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.

@Coral333 thank you so much. I've been a little distant the last few days, and I'm coming to terms with everything. I just got home from the funeral service and a luncheon afterwards. While there are still things that have to be done, we can finally start to move forward from this.

    Under: yes
    Exercise: no
    Water: 0

    Reflection:
No exercise this week. I need to make extra effort to get back to my goals. I was really happy with my effort to track and stay under most days. I also need to drink water as soon as I get started in the morning. If I don't start my day out with water I just can't seem get into it later.

    Goals
    Continue 30 day yoga challenge.
( The idea is probably to do the challenge in 30 consecutive days. I will be happy to complete within a couple of months. Life happens , and I can't continue to punish myself because I didn't do something as often as I wanted and then just throw my hands up and not do it at all.)
Strength training - This is something that I love to do.
    Continue meal planning and tracking

Ah. I slipped up yesterday. Weighed myself whilst there we scales available and it read much more than I was expecting (this was after lunch and fully clothed), I usually weigh first thing and nude so I know this was why but old bad habits erupted. I bought loads of junk food, feeling like everything I do is making no difference and that I'm destined to be fat forever. Ate about half the junk I'd bought.

It really surprised me, I've not done anything quite as stupidly reactive as that for years. Going to chuck the junk today and go for a walk and a swim.

I guess the lesson is to not get over confident, not get complacent and if I can help it, to not be an idiot!

Sorry to be AWOL this past week. Hopefully this next week will be a little calmer. I think I last reported 10/7, so:
    Mini Challenge:
    Tracked - yes, everyday
    Under - yes, everyday
    Exercise - yes, everyday
Water - all days 64oz or more except yesterday (10/12) where I had 56oz
Steps - I'll enter on the spreadsheet. Not sure how I did, but I'm hoping I hit my goal!
