I started the PiYo 60 day challenge yesterday as well! I, like others have said, am using it to supplement my running schedule. I am training for a half marathon and doing PiYo. I like the idea of quicker paced yoga(ish) moves and want to improve my flexibility and get leaner. Also, I just plain like it!

I am 38 and doing my first half September 22. I am doing a program with our Local Running room. I use the map my run app. I am not new to running but this will be my longest for sure. Good Luck!

I finshed last in my first triathlon, I did not care. I was out there doing it and having a great time. You will not DIE if you come in last, so do it. You will love it and it will motivate you to keep going. Breathe in faith, breathe out fear.

The fitness test was alright. I dislocated my knee a little over two weeks ago so I did not do the jumps as intensly as they do on the dvd but I still did what I could. It was a good work out and am looking forward to doing the first FULL workout tonight. Will report back tomorrow morning!!

I invested in a good treadmill ( although I am not a fan and much prefer to run outside, today it is -42, so treadmill it is). I have a trainer for my bicycle ( 60$) and I have a pool membership (20$ for the year). I have some dvds, but mostly I love getting outside. The world can be your gym :)

There is a free site called DOYOGAWITHME.COM.... I use it for yoga, which I do five times a week to round out my running, swimming and biking, it is awesome.

I am a 38 H. I have an Ennel, which works great, the only problem for me is that I am not a fan of the front clasps. I work out ALOT, so I find they get rusty quite quickly. My favorite is a Shock Absorber. It is awesome. Good Luck!
