  • Additional salt won't hurt you if you match it with increased water. When you get into the zone of proper hydration (which you can't achieve or maintain without salt, btw) you won't retain water anymore, and weight loss is easier because cravings for sugar and caffeine go away. Good luck!

Believe it or not, these products are not affiliated with the Weight Watchers programs in any way. They were owned, manufactured, packaged and sold by the…
  • Every morning I start my day with this: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 cups kale (pre-frozen) 1 medium banana or 1 peach or 1 pear 1 tbsp white chia seeds 1 tbsp slivered almonds Blend till smooth. About 375 cals. It's yummy, hi-fibre, and keeps me full for 3-4 hours. :)
  • I recommend Greek Yogurt, 0% fat. My favourite is Liberte, but I'm sure others are great too. I always save it till halfway through the evening when I need it the most. 3/4 cup = 100 calories, so you can have a lot for 200! You can eat it slowly, make it last, and it's amazingly filling. :)
