I do, and I'm pissed at my scale results this morning....so pissed that I want to throw it all away. Mainly because I didn't fall off too bad, but yet the scale says I did. FRUSTRATED!

I usually weight myself twice a week, on a Tuesday and Friday. The reason I do that is so if I had more salt intake over the weekend (eat best during the week, and worse on weekends), then I have one good day before I have to see the number. I weigh on the Friday so I can see the progress during the week before the weekend…
