I know you are not supposed to, but I weigh myself everyday!!!!! It keeps me honest!!! I don't look for a loss everyday, but I look for no gains!!!! It keeps me in check!

I signed up for warrior dash, and didn't want to make an *kitten* of myself. When I accomplished that, I signed up for a harder race!!! Keep setting goals for yourself that you want to accomplish, make them a stretch, but attainable! every time you meet a goal set a new one! that is what works for me!!!!!

right now, My goal is to complete the tough mudder in Mi, in july!!!!! I plan on getting something to mark this accomplishment!!! I have four now, and just to let you know....once you get one, you get more!

The biggest thing is you are mad at yourself!!! The wagon is right there waiting for you to hop back on!!!!! so do it. you got this, I know it isn't easy but you can do it!!!! Re focus and get re-energized, one good scale week can get you right back on track. there is no better motivator than success, so get after it!!!! :)

Take your child to the park and play with them for an hour!!! Good for you and good for your child!!! :)

Pack your daily food in a cooler and eat that!!!! small meals whenever you have a little time! a piece of lunchmeat or cheese maybe a handful of nuts!!! every hour or so just grab a small meal!!! track it, that is very important!!!

Not a big fan of Adkins.....Did you look into south beach? I think it is a little better approach to the Adkins philosophy!!!! Best of luck to you!!!
