Stick to a Whey protein, they are generally around 20-25 grams of protein for about 100-150 calories. The protein powders you are afraid of, are generally called out as weight gainers. They are generally 50+ grams of protein and aroud 400-500 calories. Read the labels and track your calories, and you will do just fine!!!

Put your headphones on bury your mind into what you are doing and just imagine yourself as the only one in there.....everyday it gets easier! Getting there is the hard part......once you are there, it is easy, just sweat that fear out!!!!!

I eat a protein bar for breakfast!!!

I drink a protein shake once a day to help avoid hunger! They are generally low calorie and high protein which curbs hunger for longer periods of time!!!

Being square again!!!! ( 30 inch waist 30 inch inseam) have not been there since I was 22, and I will be 42 in 3 months!!!! holy crap that is 20 years, wow!

I usually drink a low calorie (140 cals with 20+ grams of protein ) shake around 2:00 in the afternoon and then try to eat dinner around 6:00! the protein shake sustains me quite well!!!

I am kinda new to running as well and am just getting through some injuries because I went to fast!!!! I am now up to seven miles on the treadmill and have done a 10 k on the road!!!! I would use the resources online, I am definitely not an expert!!!!

Start slowly, there are programs online for this. couch to 5k is one there is probably a 5k to 10k or a couch to 10k. don't run too fast too soon really work up to it!!

I had a lot of success with southbeach....Much healthier than many of the other low carb plans and easier to follow, not as carb restrictive!!!!! A pretty good plan!!!!
