Hi! I'm in week 10 of keto (on ideal protein) and have lost 41 lbs. I'm in an IP group but it's not very active so I'm poking around trying to find some more active keto groups :)

Ha! I'm glad you got a laugh because man, if I was too serious about this whole thing (particularly the kind of passive aggressive comments being made) I'd probably punch someone. But then, I'm more into naps and googling, "what does 40lbs of fast look like", so I'd get distracted anyway, lol

That's awesome!!! The closest coach to me is an hour away, but I sorry of like using the time for reflection :) You're doing it the right way- weighing in only at the coach's...I'm obsessed with daily tracking (highly motivational for me)!

Hey guys! Just updating....just did a 2wk weigh in....HAVE LOST 38lbs now!!!! I'm 179. ONE SEVENTY NINE. Holy crackers. I just keep saying that number over and over....Like, I could go to the DMV and no longer lie about my weight. SOLID GOLD. How you guys doing?

I'm at 207 now but I did start about two weeks ago at 214 ("start" being, "Hey look! There's where my motivation went my whole life- FOUND IT!!" :) I login everyday, for every meal, and totally serious about getting the "me" back that I love and remember!
