Rockmyrun.com has some great downloadable mixes! Some of them are free (I think you can get 1 free shorter mix per month?), but you can get a 3-month membership for about the same price as a 10-song Itunes playlist.

There are some great exercise videos available for free on YouTube! I'd pick a couple 10-minute workouts or a longer one to do!

I LOVE to eat apples or pears with the light creamy swiss flavor. I've also mixed them with a little Parmesan and milk (and a little salt and pepper) to mix into spaghetti squash for an "Alfredo" flavor.
