Congratulations!! I am flying back today so I will restart Insanity tomorrow. I haven't been counting calories in the last days and my eating has been pretty heavy on carbs but I hope it will help me cope with the last few workouts.

If logging everything stresses you out, do not log it. Just be honest. If it's a radish, a teaspoon of mustard or a garlic clove, it's okay. Well, I got it done shortly before midnight. But honestly, I did not dig deeper today. I scratched the surface, I guess. I am sweating all the same but I completed this workout today only because I did not want to fall behind you, I did not put all my heart into it today.

Sports Training is supposed to be so much fun. I will definitely try it out soon. Still feeling slight pain/discomfort in my shoulder but I'll do my best tonight. Wffolkes, I regret so much not having my body fat checked prior to starting Insanity... I might do it after I am done before I start a lifting program.

Fit Test completed. I considered postponing this one because I am having a slight discomfort in my right shoulder but I pushed through and it seems that it didn't influence my results. I'm not getting bored. But the longer workouts are difficult to fit in, I used to use my daughter's nap for doing them but now when they last for an hour I often have to switch to evenings which gives me less time to do other things that need to be done, too. I agree, eat some of those calories back. No need to eat all 700kcal (especially since the estimated numbers of calories burned is not always accurate) but do eat more than 1360 if you exercise so much.

Completed Plyo but did not enjoy it. My legs felt like lead, I could barely lift them during the warm up, it got slightly better once I warmed up but this workout did not win my heart, that's for sure. I had 3 but just threw one away because it was useless anyway. I tend to take my sports bra with me to the bathroom when I am finished with my workout and hand wash it there right away, it takes just a minute and it is clean and ready for the next day.
