Introductions
Hi everyone, in order to gather us all in one place (there are 3 or 4 Insanity threads all started in May) I decided to start a group. I'm 35, started Insanity on May 6th. Before that, I completed the 30 day shred twice and Ripped in 30 as well. My main current goal is to reduce body fat. Muscles are welcome, as well.

If anyone would like to share her/his final results, I'm more than happy to read about them! I still need 6 more workouts but I know that many of you completed the program already.

Good morning! I am pretty sore after yesterday's workout and bicycling in the evening. I slept 3 hours only. I decided not to do Plyo today, because I need to be in better condition for Plyo. Ready for Plyo today? :) I'm not but everything is better than Pure Cardio! My abs are still slightly sore after Cardio Abs, but that's a good thing! I meant to ask - did you all check your measurements yesterday? I did very quickly. I seem to have lost 2cm only, in my waist. But I'll take waist over everything else!
