Last recovery workout before Month 2! Wohoo!

    I completed my Fit Test today. I improved in most exercises with the exception of switch kicks and suicide jumps.

    Also, I lost a bit again, so today I am exactly 1kg lighter than when I started Insanity.

    I will do Core and Cardio later.

    I completed my last day of recovery. I am happy & also ambivalent about the next phase. I will have to power on.

    Completed Recovery then did the Fit Test a couple hours later. I really improved my stamina from the beginning and most of the exercises I was able to do 10-20 more than last time. Happy to have a rest day tomorrow!

    I completed Core C&B today. My shoulders feel so sore after the Fit Test!

    well done guys...

    I had a whole day paintballing yesterday running up and down in the woods and I'm exhausted.

    Took that as my rest day however I don't know if I can do an intense workout today as yesterday seemed like a workout in itself.

    I previewed Max Interval Circuit. I got thirsty just from watching. Oh boy.
