Good morning everyone! Another new workout to try out today, Max Cardio Conditioning. I guess it will be just like Pure Cardio, just longer. But tomorrow is Max Recovery, so I am going to push. Feeling less discouraged today. I will do my best!

    Max Cardio is done. I like this so much better than Max Plyo. It is alot like Pure Cardio and its really not that bad. My knee was hurting today so I couldn't push myself too hard but I was still sweating like crazy. And this workout is only 47 minutes so not too bad compared to the other 2 this week.

    I wasn't sure if I would do my workout this morning or wait till this evening since I had just worked out last night...but I woke up 15 minutes before my alarm went off wide awake...so to the garage I went. I enjoyed this workout, pushed myself but not too bad as I want to make it through this week and go strong next.

    I did it. I actually liked it more than Pure Cardio. It felt like... I don't know, lower impact than Pure Cardio? I sweated like crazy all the same though. Looking forward to Recovery tomorrow!

    Max Cardio was so much better than yesterday's Plyo. I think I am beginning to see some results. My old C section pouch looked so much smaller when I looked in the mirror when I stepped out of the shower. That spot has been my most troublesome area despite losing all my weight. I should be happy that I have retired my spanxs but, I want it gone. Once, I noticed it was smaller I stepped on the scale and it recorded another 1lb loss. So far while doing Insanity I have netted a 1.5lb loss. I am not going to officially record until I have completed the program & take final measurements.

    My results scale-wise are similar, 1.5-2lbs loss. Not getting too excited about it until I'm done. I am looking forward to comparing the before and after pic.

    I love reading yall's comments about month 2 workouts. I hurt my ankle the last week of month 1 before the recovery week so I have been sidelined getting it well :( But reading what yall have been saying is giving me a great foundation of knowledge for when I can start back. So I am excited!!! Keep it up!

    I felt so much better after today's work out, I really liked it and felt like I could do the moves well. I think it will be my favorite this month. I was up 2 lbs. today which I wasn't as happy with, so also netting a 3 lb. loss as of right now, but I am happy with the inch loss I'm seeing and overall feeling of better health.
