Day 8 completed! Rosie, wow! What results exactly? I'm not sure I'm seeing any. My weight is the same or even slightly higher, I know I'm retaining some water. I might have a slightly better definition in my upper arms - not sure. wffolkes - looking forward to seeing your results!

Of course she can be sedentary: if she would choose the option "sedentary" AND eat back her exercise calories (or at least some most of them) she would be okay. The mistake people often do is choosing "lightly active" or moderately active" because they do a couple of workouts a week and still eat back their exercise…

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell if the sunscreen of your choice won't cause breakouts. They can be adverised as non comedogenic all they want and you can still have a reaction. If you can get samples... that would be perfect.

Suzeboo, be careful. Insanity is no joke. Try it first and decide if you still think you're gonna have enough energy to do another workout. And if you're honestly doing your absolute best during both workouts. Especially if you had a break, I imagine that doing it all at once might be too much - physically AND mentally.

I stopped eating wheat for 3 weeks, as an experiment. The difference I noticed was less bloating and thus slightly flatter stomach. Most people work out on their floor or carpet, with shoes on. Chasero - 4 miles means walking for an hour or so - I think it's totally fine. Going for a 2 hour stroll would probably mean same thing. Jogging would be too much for me today, even if it would be just 20 minutes... but if your body feels fine with it - why not?

I don't own a heart rate monitor either. I use "circuit training" for calculating burned calories (I always subtract the last stretch though). I logged Cardio Recovery as yoga, because that's what it reminded me of.

Apart from shaving that part of your chest I imagine you could get a gel. Saliva or sweat are probably helpful,too, probably more than wetting the area.

Jess, there are 2 different workouts, however, on some days you are supposed to do Pure Cardio first, then Cario Abs: on day 13, 17, 22, 26. In your 2nd month, you combine Cardio Abs with Max Cardio Conditioning on some days.

Same here! Level 1 drills are way too fast for me. Child's pose it was :) But I feel like I did better than the first time I did Plyo. So happy about Rest Day tomorrow!
