You should clean your diet and go for heavy lifting twice a week (legs). Targeting the fat on the lower body is generally extremely hard for most women, so be patient. Lifting won't make your thighs look big, it's fat that does that.

Wow loads of jealousy in that thread... I don't see how someone who started to take care of his physique before you should be an idiot. Why are you on MFP? Oh yeah, check your calories and macros to reach an improved health and body. When you get to that goal, will that make you an *kitten*?

The Kinect is amazing! I have many dance games (Dance Central, Just Dance, Dance Masters, Hip-hop Experience, Zumba) and the best is definitely Dance Central 3. Zumba is great too but the playlist really plays on my nerves, as latin music isn't necessarily something that I want to hear everyday for an hour or so.
