That's so inspiring! I've lost 80 lbs, most prior to discovering Myfitnesspal, but I find tracking my food and exercise to be extremely helpful! I have 30 lbs to go to reach my second goal, and after that, who knows? Thank you for sharing your story and your success. I find it motivational indeed!! :smile:

I've never been a gym member and I've lost 80lbs (so far) using a recumbent bike and treadmill at home.

I completely understand how you lost so much and yet cannot see the change, or your brain is in denial about it. I stuggle with the same issues and I've only lost 80lbs so far... approximately 45lbs to go (I started using Myfitnesspal after losing a lot of weight so the number doesn't reflect the true amount I've lost).…

I'm just under 5'5". My mom wears the same size as I do right now, and she's 165 pounds or less. Bodies are just shaped so differently it's amazing! I've lost a lot of fat in my butt and thighs!! I wear Levi's too. And Old Navy Flirt jeans. :smile:
