  • Kats your pics are great well done, exceptional effects. Can I ask, how did you do with keeping up with the the exercises, im finding myself taking breaks mid exercise due to tiredness and I just cant do the push ups exercise. How did you get on in the early days, ive just finished day 3.
  • I started insanity today, fit test didnt show good results at all, but I now have numbers to improve on, very excited to get started tomorrow, 8 hours on my feet at work with get me ready for this, come on, I can do this.
