Sounds silly but a very nice bottle of wine. I purchased it before I started on MFP and have it sitting in my basement until I hit goal. I am getting very close now so looking forward to enjoying it.

You just have to make your mind u and do it. In my household, I am the one that does the shopping and cooking so it is easier t control what comes in and gets eaten.
