I agree that it was around week 3 or 4 that I started to really get into it. I'm on week 7 now and I'm amazed that I'm running 25 minutes straight. I have never been much of a runner even when I was younger and much fitter. But now I love it.

I would say that if you don't have any underlying medical conditions as to why you are underweight that you eat calorie dense foods. Whole milk, eggs, nuts and nut butters, avocados, and those types of things when you DO eat. If you do have a medical condition or some such, then I would suggest as the above poster says to…

I was a size 10 for so long I literally wore the same size since high school, even though i have gained about 30 pounds since then over the course of 20 years. I finally started busting out of them last year and broke down and bought a size 12 but that's what started me on my course here on MFP. Since I started last Oct.…

I also bought my hubby a nice silk tie for Christmas at TJMaxx and it was about $20 give or take. Also, JCPenney with my card and a coupon like another poster said and the tie was about $20 also.

Moving Comfort, yes. Underarmor, yes! I'm a 32DD. Got mine at D*ck's Sporting Goods. They range from about $40-$60. Well worth it. I tried to like the Reebok and Nike but the same size didn't have nearly the same support.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1057517-squats-and-big-booties-redux I know she's talking about squats in particular, but she makes such good points and illustrates it well via photos. Maybe you'll find it a useful read?

I sweat a ton now. When I was 20 lbs heavier I used to sweat in the usual places, (armpits, upper back, face) now it's like even the smallest exertion makes sweat drip from places I would not expect like my belly right above the belly button (wtf?) and down my legs/calfs. odd.

I don't think she said 150 is fat as a general blanket statement. For HER the "fat" pics are at her heavy weight of 150. Way to go OP, I'm sure you put in some hard work and dedication to get to where you are now.

I was a pretty solid B student throughout. Loved English, History, Social Studies...Math and Sciences not as much.

Just wanted to post that I made this last night and we loved it. My husband is especially picky and he looked at it and asked what it was, I told him Greek Yogurt Chicken. He raised an eyebrow and gave me a look I know all too well but he ate it. When he was done I asked him if he liked it the answer was YES it was…

I too have a solid black yellow-eyed Devil named Artemis (after the master assasin Artemis Entreri from a sci-fi novel book series) and he lives up to his namesakes profession as he loves hiding in corners and dark stairs. Many a time I have tripped on him and missed falling. He's pretty grouchy now that he's 12 years old…
