I don't see the point of giving up when you've directly experienced the weight loss and everything that comes along with it. Maybe you'll feel better when you gain another 45 lbs and need to lose weight to be healthier again? Good luck.

Edit: pics no good! :O

I'm sure you obviously feel better now, but you looked great in both pics. Good job on your hard work and dedication nonetheless!

Why would adults play games and watch anime?:indifferent:

Actually, there are studies that prove purple dyes from clothing will absorb into the skin and make people fat. You're better off with pink.

Not enough penises posted in this thread!

After taking a break from League of Legends for a few months, I played a game vs bots and did terrible. :( But that's my gaming today. :O

Why such drastic measures? Heaven forbid a spouse brought home some brownies! Jesus have mercy.

You should tell him to never think about you when it comes to food you enjoy. That'll solve the problem.

To me, sabotage would be something like tying you up and force-feeding you. Otherwise, just don't eat what he's bringing home. Maybe talking to him about his purchases is something you should do? It's not like you barely know each other and can't have a serious conversation.

Yes, I'm clearly trolling! Good show. I can redact the provided theme song if it hurts your feelings or something.

I don't think he felt TOO guilty. He said he already used some of the money. ;) Edit for gender :)

Two people insisted on you taking it, one of them being the manager. If it ever escalated, it isn't your fault anymore. If you feel bad, then contact Home Depot's 800 number and speak to higher ups.

I was using Tae Bo Cardio for about a 1-2 months prior to 3 weeks ago and still losing weight up until that point. I plan to go back to it again when I'm bored with the other vids I'm using.

I'd say don't obsess over what could've and should've happened before you actually weighed in. I pretty much did the same thing when I first started (not weighing my initial weight until a month in), but I realized there's no point fretting over my progress up to that point. If you're committed, everything will continue to…

Bump for friendship!

OP couldn't handle the bacon.

Not sure. Social interaction isn't my forte. ._.

Correct.

Most people log it under circuit training. You could also get a heart rate monitor and log it more accurately at that point. :)

It's fine as long as you don't have any kidney and liver issues. It's pretty difficult to do any harm with eating too much protein otherwise.

This. The TDEE includes the activity level from your workouts (think about the acronym Total Daily Energy Expenditure :P). With that, the amount of calories you burn each week is estimated and averaged out all week long for you into your net goal. If you want to log exercise on MFP while following TDEE -x%, then you can do…

Avocado, turkey and tomato. :O

Were they all drinking when they said you're no fun? If that's the case, I'm pretty sure that's what any drunk friend would say and not mean it as seriously as you took it.

I'll be your food buddy if I get to eat all your food. :o

Tips? Don't eat emotionally. I know it's easier said than done, but mind over matter needs to be applied here. ;) Every time you're going to eat the foods you don't really need, keep asking yourself why you want to eat them. Does your body really need those snacks/meals to make it through the day? If not, find another…

Sweat doesn't indicate calories burned. If you're concerned about a measurement of calories you expend, buy a heart rate monitor.

I'll agree to disagree. I don't have any issue conveying my thoughts as I do. :)

So when other women post about nursing and still having time to eat it's relevant? Are those women pulling it off not bound by a day that's made up of twenty-four hours like other women (and men)?
