Since I'm kinda new into the motorcycle scene again, I've been going over different gear to start buying. Bumping! I haven't been on a bike for about 10 years, until this past week. I just got a 2002 Honda Shadow 750 (yeah, profile pic :D) and am loving every second I get a chance to ride.

While pre-logging can definitely help, OP states she skips log days - so that wouldn't do much. How to stop eating too much? Well, you just stop...eating....too much.... yeah. /awkward

Just stick to it. Make sure you're always eating in a deficit and being active on top of that is icing on the cake. If you feel you need more definition to your body, weight lifting might be the route you want to take. If so, look for the book called New Rules of Lifting for Women.

Positive and negative feedback on aids? Lawl.... Edit: Seriously though, the only thing I'd recommend to help your weight loss would be a food scale and (not or) measuring cups. Will power and self-control are free and help a lot too. :)

Body weight fluctuates. Don't take the scale as the all determining factor to overall health and fitness, but just a guideline. :)
