I am noticing as I am weighing less on the scale that when I do weigh in once a week I lose a lot more weight. has anyone else noticed this when they don't weigh so much or is it just me. last time I weighed 175 pounds then I waited another few weeks and weighed in at 169 pounds.

Are you asking that if we see a trend in weighing less often and seeing larger losses? If you maintain a deficit, of course that's true.

If you don't look at the pounds, are they really there? I love philosophy!
Or is this more like Quantum mechanics in that simply the observation of the result interferes with the outcome of the result?0 -

I'll be honest, your post confuses me a little. From what I can gather from your post, your weighing in once a week and seeing a larger number drop than when you were weighing more often.
I don't think you're actually losing more weight (although, you could be if the number on the scale was stressing you out). Other than its just how your mind perceives it.
When you weigh more often you see the small differences, and can for some make weight loss seem extremely slow. On the other hand if you weigh say 1 a week or less often, the differences can be huge.0 -
I only lose weight if I step on the scale every day.0
