I'm going to check this out for sure! I do cardio on my own (besides just the classes) on the days that I lift, and I do intervals then...but I'd love to learn the right way to do it. Thanks!!

I was thinking about doing this too. I think I start to do it for a few days then end up leveling back out because, like you said, it's hard to maintain! Something to think about though, I should at least do some form of calorie cycling to mix it up.

I don't usually have a hard time eating at least a portion of my exercise calories back, so I guess it would be the total number of calories consumed.
