- Protein: 1G/LB of Lean Body Mass. (-BF%) - Fat: 0.50G/LB of Lean Body Mass. - Carbs: No minimums. Just make sure to hit minimum requirements, then fill the rest of your calories with whatever you prefer. IMO lower your protein and increase your carbs and fat.
