Wow, you guys are FAST and AWESOME! Great suggestions and motivation!! I just started logging my food today to a better idea of my cholesterol intake, but seems like that isn't as important as I thought! But I'll still keep an eye on it... and try to motivate myself to get more active! and eat better!!
