I do weigh and measure everything. I know i have been eating a little more carbs lately than normal so maybe that's it. I'm doing a bit better now. Mostly because I measured over the weekend and even though the scale isn't going down the mass is. lol! So maybe i'm just not "losing weight" because I'm replacing fat pounds…

I am 5'2" (maybe) and currently weigh about 215. I would like to be somewhere around 150. I've lost almost 40 pounds so far and have gotten kind of "stuck" :(

I am 5'2" and i work out with both my mom (4'11") and my husband (6'1") and we all do the same thing. It shouldn't matter what height you are. Now there are some things that are HARDER for me to do, some machines, because my arms are short, but that's what free weights are for!
