Congrats! Your results are wonderful... I haven't done 30DS, but I do like Ripped in 30 and the kickboxing dvd. Thinking I should add them back into my routine. Love the bikini! :smile:

Do you have a recess break? I always eat recess, and if I were you, I'd eat something on my prep too. My desk is stocked with granola bars and fruit typically.

I used it briefly when it came out first, but it never made up the bulk of my exercise program. I enjoyed the stepping program, the boxing was great, and the yoga was pretty good as well. I've used dvd's far more and with greater success, but Wii is an effective tool, especially as a stepping stone. I like how it tracks…

Maybe this is where your body is most comfortable. You're already in the lower end of a healthy BMI for your height.

Ummm ... teasing is not a way to keep anyone motivated, and by calling it just jokes, you're contradicting yourself. If it was in fact, "just jokes", you wouldn't have posted this at all. Bottom line is that they aren't supporting you. Words hurt.

I'm in week two now, and I just take breaks when I need to. I already find that I'm stopping less than I did last week. I did month one a couple of years ago too, but got sick and stopped. Now I'm trying it again, as a part of a fitness challenge. I'd forgotten how insane it really is!
